Chipotle customers are in for one very "Boorito" Halloween.
The fast casual restaurant chain will celebrate the spookiest of the holidays with "Boorito," a discount deal that rewards customers with extended hours and a $6 entree on Thursday, Oct. 31. But this deal will only be available to Chipotle Rewards members that place an order in costume.
Fifty-three Chipotle locations in select college towns nationwide will also stay open just a little bit longer on Halloween night to "nourish Gen Z’s late-night cravings."
“As an annual tradition for our fans, we are always looking for ways to level up our Halloween celebration,” Chris Brandt, chief brand officer at Chipotle said in a company news release. "By extending hours on college campuses and expanding the festivities across two continents for the first time, Boorito will be bigger than ever.”
$6 'Boorito' deal at Chipotle returns on Halloween
Chipotle Rewards members can pick their poison on Halloween, choosing between any of Chipotle's entree offerings, including burritos, tacos, bowls and salads for just $6 starting at 3 p.m. until closing.
And if you happen to have an intense desire for Chipotle late at night and you're in one of the select college towns, an order can be placed right up until midnight.
Chipotle's "Boorito" deal is not valid for kid's meals, catering orders, or through third party ordering platforms. There is a limit for of discounted entree per customer and any add-ons or modifications will be charged accordingly.
The "Boorito" tradition has even expanded to other parts of the world, including Canada, U.K. and France, which will also offer a discounted meal deal at those respective Chipotle restaurants on Halloween.
Chipotle partners with Spirit Halloween to unveil costume line
Chipotle fully embraced Spooky Season this year, revealing last month that they had partnered with Spirit Halloween to create a one-of-a-kind costume line inspired by memes shared on social media.
A Chipotle napkin, fork, water cup, burrito and to-go bag were all made wearable and available for purchase online and at select Spirit Halloween retail locations in Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, Los Angeles, New York and Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, while supplies last.
The bodysuits, available in adult small to XL, are all sold separately, and retail for $39.99 in the U.S. and Canada.
